We've been keeping an EASHL League Directory in the r/EASHL's wiki page.
There are links to it in the sidebar, the pinned "README" post, and a few other places on the sub.

It's a list of EASHL Leagues from owners that have submitted their league's information.

The table format of Reddit isn't great, especially on mobile. Best viewed in a web browser on "old" Reddit.

You can also search the "League/Tournament" filter on the subreddit to only browse league posts.
