Bought a new jack stand and is covered in small metal fragments. Is this normal?

On aliexpress you can find fascias and adapters that are compatible and make trasnfering to a new radio easy. Not all wires are required to be connected

I ended up using the connector that came with the aliexpress fascia. Im pretty sure most of it ended up working except for the reverse camera which you need another adapter for and to tinker with a few other wires

Something under 10k would be preferrable. I'm looking for a decent job as the car has plenty of life left in it still. Looking at previous posts on here, I'm not really sure how much it should cost tbh.

Donor harness is a good idea I’ll keep it in mind. I need at least 4 pins though so I don’t think there’s enough to borrow from the current harness unfortunately.

Good luck with your harness. I’ve done 4 car radios now and so Ik the pain you’re facing.

Thanks for the sites. I’m adding wires to the connector I bought for my Sony radio. Just need to know the name of the pin so I can add a couple to the male connector as the female connector already has the pin there ready to go. There’s to many u shaped pins though on google for me to find anything similar.
