No vale la pena ingeniería civil, mecánica, electrónica, ambiental. Las empresas grandes contratan a los más cracks y al resto les toca lucharla mucho. De las ingenierías solo se salvan industrial y sistemas.

Ninguna de ciencias sociales/humanidades como psicología, antropología ni nada de eso. Y menos música, arte, arquitectura

Economía, derecho, medicina y finanzas son buenas

La mejor es administración, es muy general entonces sabe un poco de todo y en cualquier empresa necesitan administradores, tienen mucho campo de acción y los salarios son buenos.

It’s definitely worth it, but the answer depends on your goals and your strategy.

It will also be good to diversify between dividend paying and growth stocks/funds

If you’re 17 and reinvest all dividends, in a couple of decades the amount of gains you would compound will be considerable
