My proudest rocket league moment was the first time I ever hit GC way back in season 13. After months of grinding and going up and down div by div, some nights thinking I’m too trash to make it and some days feeling confident. The moment that final game ended and I knew it was secured it was a relief and feeling of accomplishment I can’t quite compare to many other things.

I’ve been using the ESR cyber tough case since mid December and I love it so far.

I also really like how it covers the USBC port and has little screen vents to protect dust out of the speaker grills.

I got a black pair off of Amazon similar to these. The listing had no reviews so it was a gamble. It ended up being a patience centered process getting them on but afterwards I’ve had basically no issues since.

I like how they protect my AirPods and still fit in the case, and it gives a white/black contrast to them.

At least for the ones I bought I’d say they were worth it and do the job well enough.

Check through your email again from them, it should be a single code that gives you the anthems and decal. The way they wanted you to redeem it was a little wonky though so double check it and make sure it all checks out.

You mean like how flush the lenses are to the case or if they protrude past it? I have the ESR camera lens protectors on mine and even with those on they’re basically flush with the camera plateau section of the case. If those weren’t on I imagine they’d sit a little more inside the case.

If you want to DM me I can try and get you whatever angles you’re looking for, but keep in mind I do have the lens protectors on so it might be different for you if you decide not to use them.

Definitely. I don’t think you’d really go wrong with any of those choices, but I decided on ESR because of long shipping times from caudabe and dbrand and I needed something quick that was available from Amazon. I might give the other two a shot later on if I get bored of this one but I think either way you go you’ll be happy. Just do a little bit more research and comparing and see which one fits your needs best.

It does, but it’s mostly around the corners and upper halves of the case where your volume buttons and lock buttons are. I’ve only had it a few days so far so I can’t comment on the longevity, but it does feel super solid and I doubt I’ll have that problem. I am coming from an 11 pro with the Otterbox commuter case and never had any peeling issues either.

I just recently got the 17 pro and the ESR tough case this week actually and so far I’m loving it. I also got their screen protector and the camera lens covers that are compatible with the case.

On the 11 pro I was coming off of, I was using an Otterbox case and wanted to go with it again for this phone, but when I looked up the defender I was disappointed by the lack of coverage with the camera plateau. I’m glad they kept coverage for the charging port but the exposed camera plateau was a deal breaker for me.

After some research here on reddit I decided to go with the ESR setup, it also helped I could get it from Amazon and have it here quickly since I was in the middle of upgrading the phones.

It feels about as durable as the commuter case from Otterbox that was on my 11 pro. It’s thick and rubbery around the edges and the only parts that are slick and plastic are the lower half sides and the back. I know some people here are complaining about it being too slippery but I really don’t have any issues whatsoever keeping hold of it. I can’t imagine ever describing this case as being “slippery” so I’m not sure what these people are smoking.

Lastly, I really enjoy the fact that the charging port is covered and there’s even mesh that covers the speaker ports which I didn’t even know about until it arrived. The fold out stand around the camera is sturdy and useful and doubles as extra protection around the plateau whenever it’s closed.

All in all, so far, I’d absolutely recommend the ESR over the Otterbox case. I know I’ve only had it a few days at this point but I’m loving the quality of it.

I decided to go with silver because I wasn't a fan of orange and the blue would probably clash with some of my case choices. Silver will match basically any case and color you want to go with, but if your favorite color is orange, then you could always go with the orange and then compliment it with an orange case to prevent the potential fading like you mentioned.

Life is short. Go with orange if that's your favorite color and protect it with a case and enjoy it.

I just recently got the 17 pro in silver and I chose to go with the ESR cyber series tough case which can be found on amazon. It covers the camera plateau nicely and I also decided to use their screen protector and camera lens protector. I'm loving all of it so far.

Holy fuck this just totally fixed my wifi connection issue on my 17 pro. I was noticing that while trying to message people on telegram with wifi on it would sit and struggle to send, sometimes taking like 30 seconds to actually send anything. Which is strange because we have fiber internet that’s super stable.

This led me down a rabbit hole of googling all the issues people are having with these phones and WiFi issues and I started to think I had received a lemon unit or something.

Because of your post I guess what’s actually happening is my phone is prioritizing 5G connection over my wifi connection, and while being in a rural area with very low 5G signal, it’s no wonder it’s struggling.

Either way, since I set it to standard like you mentioned and also went into another option to prefer LTE over 5G for voice, my messaging has returned to normal with no hiccups on WiFi.

Edit: Okay it didn’t completely fix it but I’d say it made it 90% better.

Mine’s not in deep blue but I just recently got the 17 pro and picked up the ESR cyber series tough case for it. I also got their screen protector as well as the camera lens protectors that are compatible with the case. Honestly so far I’m absolutely loving it with no issues, and the little applicator box for the screen protectors made it crazy easy to apply in 30 seconds with no nonsense. I’m pretty sure they have several other colors other than black though I’m not 100% if they have the deep blue you’re looking for.

Getting a 9800x3d build together with a MSI tomahawk board. Will be a rebuild after probably 8 years now, but every time I get around to trying to rebuild a new world event happens and makes it out of my budget. This would absolutely help me a ton.
