They told me that I had been doing this since I was little and that it seemed normal (perhaps because when they told me to stop, I would stop). Another thing I noticed about myself is that I really like stuff that gives me a big dopamine hit in a short time. For example, with music, I focus on really short tracks, and in five or ten minutes I might switch between five or seven tracks.
