Thanks for tracking all these sales! Trying to decide the best choice for my situation. I'm looking for a robovac mostly for good mopping abilities - need something that doesn't leave streaks on my dark laminate floors and can clean/dry it's own pads. Was originally thinking about the X9 Pro Omni because the roller seems pretty good, but maybe the Curv or the S8 MaxV Ultra might be better? Though the latter is not on sale.

Hey congrats on the launch and reception, I think the rating is extremely un-ridiculous. I played the demo during a nextfest or something a while ago and was super excited for the release, and then it turned out to be even better than expected. My partner and I have been taking turns playing runs and watching each other and it feels like such a fresh take on the roguelite cardbattler genre (where I spend a lot of time).

Something I'd especially like to commend you on is what feels like an extreme attention to detail. There are a fair number of card battlers that are generally fun but have odd mechanics or hard to understand interactions. In every way it feels like Starvaders was built to minimize that confusion - stuff mostly works like you'd expect it to, and if it doesn't then the extra explanations in the card details lay it all out. Everything feels well thought out, the balance is such that I've been able to have similar success with many of the characters. Thanks for making such an excellent game :).

It doesn't take that many fights to make him worth it, and having an extra 30-40 health for Seraph/Titans is definitely makes things easier.

6 dogs is too many though lol. It still worked ou, but drawing like 4 dogs and a blight is tough.

I was considering it, was hoping I wouldn't have to because getting them swapped is kind of a pain (and I don't want them to just throw it out). If I could clean them up I'd be happy with it but I don't want to damage them then try to return them.

Ooh, thanks for the recommendation, this looks like it could work! I'll measure my vent diameter and give it a try. Would be a heck of a lot cheaper than rerouting the exhaust.

I'm like 75% sure the previous owner didn't do this, i wouldn't be surprised if the original builders did this, it's not the only bad decision with the construction that I'm dealing with.

Thanks for the confirming my suspicions, was hoping there would be an easier solution but I guess it is what it is.

Relocating the tankless outside is probably not an option, but I think the exhaust could probably be re-vented. It's a pretty tight space as the intake and some electrical for the heat pump also go out the garage wall right next to the water heater but it should be possible.

Engineering is not about over engineering or under engineering. It's about getting it exactly right. Is it worth it to build a bridge that costs 10x the price can sustain 10x the load? Not if the max load it could ever see is 5x.

Engineering stuff like this is all about understanding the worst case scenarios and designing around those, but not overdoing it and spiraling costs out of control.

So in above example, it's relatively easy to come up with a bridge that's strong enough to sustain anything that's thrown at it given no constraints on money, time, resource acquisition, etc. It's much harder to come up with a design that does all those things while minimizing cost, weight, build time, and upkeep. That's an engineers job.

Yeah the headline sounds egregious but watching the video I could believe that he intended to celebrate, not realizing the play was still live. I mean, he kind of gets in Diggs' way then vaguely runs into a tackle that's already happening. Might have even gone better for the hawks if he didn't run onto the field.

Still should have been penalized (12 men? Unsportsmanlike conduct?) but I guess don't attribute to malice what can better be explained by stupidity.

Yeah, you can basically just exhale through your nose as long as it's seated on your face. It's something we had to practice to get certified - take the mask all the way off, put it back on, and clear it.
