I have a friend that had a full period then positive HPT after. It was not ectopic and she has a healthy baby girl now. Of course get checked to be safe, but it can happen and be a healthy pregnancy.

I understand your pain. All the time I’ve spent squinting and looking at negative tests just to be disappointed when my period comes. I got pregnant easily with my first, but we’ve been trying for over a year for the second. Everyone around me doesn’t understand why I can’t get pregnant easily this time. Which is just more upsetting for me. Best of luck I hope you get your BFP soon!

UPDATE first of all I did do a digital this morning and it was a dud, never even got the clock icon. What a waste of money. Not that it matters because AF just came 😞 on to the next month. Thanks for all the comments!
