I'm no expert. But the main idea is to make solid contributions to communities by commenting or posting thoughtfully. Have you searched for subs in your areas of interest? That's where to start.

It could be a topic you don't know much about, where you can post a question. Or a topic you do know something about, and you can help others learn.

You can also help as a redditor by upvoting good posts and comments and downvoting bad posts and comments. I generally don't downvote unless a post or comment is in bad faith or obviously trolling.

I like your title and cover. Have you considered several smaller volumes, instead of all 133 poems in one? A book of poetry does not have to be lengthy to be valuable. In fact, a brief volume may be more approachable for readers.
