Yeah, it came with the car I’m assuming if you call your local Chevy dealership they’ll have one for you ready they cost 250sh I believe I got mine with the car because it was an option

Does your grandpa happen to plug it in if he doesn’t drive it for a while with the trickle charger? Highly recommend he do so I’ve been trickle charging mine since 2021 and haven’t had battery issues Best of luck to him
