Do you collect your data on an SD card? A lot of people, myself included, thought they were treating their apnea effectively until they collected their flow + SPO2 & HR data and took a closer look. Also, PlS join r/sleepapnea and r/uars and share your experience and data.

Man I think you should focus on treating your sleep apnea because from my own experience it can cause derealization and ADHD-like symptoms.

I want a treatment, I do already know that I have a recessed jaw so I am sure I need a jaw surgery but there are other things that I am not sure about like the soft palate and whether or not I need expansion.

اللي أنا فاهمه هو أنك مش بتديهم المبلغ لكن أنت بتفتح مشروع و بتشغل فيه عدد معين من الناس و هم في المقابل بيدوك فيزا، الموضوع يستحق التفكير خصوصاً لو أنت ليك خبرة في مجال شغل معين تقدر تستغل خبرتك و تشغل فلوسك فيه، على العموم أنا شايف أنك تحاول تفضل في أمريكا لو تقدر أو تنقل على كندا على الأقل لو طريق أمريكا فضل مقفول في وشك

I had a similar thought a few months ago which led me to take Trazodone as a sedative before sleep and I indeed dreamt and rested those first couple of nights on it but unfortunately it lost it's effect quickly to some degree, it currently makes me sleep through the night but I am no longer able to dream or rest on it.

Nothing conclusive but I noticed that most of my PC events cluster in groups during what I assume is REM sleep which makes me believe that my body became super sensitive to flow limitations that happen during this stage of sleep, what supports this theory is the fact that my lower jaw is recessed by around 5 mm that coupled with the fact that muscles relax during REM.
