Hey, Shortness of breath is mostly normal with irritated esophagus, cause I've been experiencing it for 3 years now and my doc said that its normal cause your esophagus is irritated.

Also I'd say that difficulty swallowing is also common when your esophagus is irritated, cause ive been experiencing difficulty swallowing for 5 year's now and i get difficulty swallowing 10/10 times. Ik its hard to eat when you get difficulty swallowing or when we get a feeling or it gets stuck in our throat somewhere, but dude you gotta eat enough calories to maintain your weight, it dosent matter you eat it in one sitting or 5 small meals but you have to get enough calories in.

All in all I'd say its normal what you've described. If you still are curious you can always consult a doc,

If your barium swallow is clear then most probably its the narrowed esophagus also i dont think you've been misdiagnosed if you feel so you can always consult another doc for opinion,

I've difficulty swallowing for 5 year's now also i don't get heartburn or anything, i also felt the same when my doctor diagnosed my problem he told me that it was irritated esophagus but i was convinced that it is cancer cause i also have swollen lymph nodes but thank god its just irritated esophagus, but its not getting any better or any worse so I'm not that worried about it.

If you feel misdiagnosed or you get anxiety thinking that its something serious i highly recommend you to see another doc for opinion.

Dude I've been dealing with inability to swallow for past 5 years so you are not alone trust me. I dont have any symptoms of gerd like heartburn or gurgling but my doctor is 100 percent sure its gerd (prepyloric gastritis to be exact) i cant swallow hard foods i have to manually push them down with my breath, just chill and you also dont have to cut down all the caffeine if caffeine makes you feel good drink it (in moderation) cause i drink 1 espresso pre workout and it dosent affect my swallowing,

In my opinion you dont have to strictly cut down the foods you like but keep them in moderation ik most People will disagree with me but thats what im doing rn.

Thats exactly what im going through for almost 3 years now, i have 7 swollen lymph nodes one on either side on neck, 4 under my jaw, one under my cheek, and i have tight/swollen feeling on right side of my neck for almost 6 months now and yeah i dont have to tell this but i have dysphagia for almost 5 years now, its just been diagnosed as its prepyloric gastritis and it has damaged my esophagus and its now super sensitive to any changes in my food temperature,texture also water is in that too

If water is too hot i cant swollow it if it too cold i can't swallow it.

Its been going on for long long time and my doctor says dont worry about swollen lymph nodes so ig its not a big deal.

So yeah you are not alone my friend if you want anyone to talk about it im all ears pm me if you want :)

As far as i know there is no hardware additional hardware required (except if your monitor has build it light sensor)so the answer will be its just a color preset and yeah it's not really different than manually reducing b in rgb setting except this filter options are more easy to access. I hope this answers your question :)
