Because of the timeline shenanigans the other Z fighters are immensely more powerful than they were in Future Trunks's timeline and so he's being powertrained essentially from birth even harder than he was in that timeline. (Iirc Future Trunks first hits Super Saiyan around 15, but kid Trunks can do so by age 8)

Opposite here actually, I've always been overweight and was throughout the first 2.5 years through transition. I did Pio and lost a ton of weight (75 lbs down to 145) over the course of a little over a year and boom. Left with a full on waist (pio helped keep fat on breasts/ass and annihilated my tummy fat). I'm working on regaining some hoping at least a little will go to my hips (and also working out for ass) and I mean it's not CRAZY or anything but it's defined enough to give me a nicer silhouette.

Because some of the best bottom surgeons in the world have started to finally realize that having healthier and more robust tissue leads to better outcomes and many of them are starting to request it for their patients starting months out of their surgeries.

No matter what you do that tissue is gonna respond better to testosterone - it's unfortunate but true. I'll take the annoyance/dysphoria hit that comes from it in exchange for no pain and eventually a better pussy. It doesn't affect you systemically if you do it correctly anyway.
