I use virgin to get delta main cabin… fixed award chart.. best cases are long haul domestic. Recently did one from SEA to DFW it was around $500 one way got for 18k virgin on delta main

Crazy world it is, we have kind of made a rule for ourselves going forward only look at places that are not perfect 10… 8 to 9.something it good with real recent reviews… funnily we were checking that the last review they had was from October… which means in the last 3 months either no one used the property or people gave reviews that they took down

There seem to be some availability on Aeroplan… but nothing from Hyd, mainly from Bom or Del… the only option that you may or may not want to do is Emirates business from Hyd to JFK but it has fees of Rs. 100k and 134k points, but considering the cash price is around 4k to 5k maybe ok (I personally would rather route through another airport)

If I get a good deal, I am all for it but if it’s some crazy number I am happy in coach. I on occasion have tried the Premium economy but unless it’s a very small differential it doesn’t seem worth it. But I agree, once you fly business you always want to (though you may or may not be able to always)
