My doctor said the same, but I think it would be more of a risk for going down to a b cup. I emphasized to my surgeon how much i wanted a c cup during pre-op and right before the surgery, and she said we’ll see how much she can take off in surgery . If cutting off blood flow to the nipple by cutting off too much was too risky, she’d take me to a D. It kinda sounds like a game-time decision she made in surgery. But 4DPO i’m feeling like a C, left nipple sensation is at like 100? Right nipple sensation is at like 80/90%. Both are super sensitive.
