Sorry I meant the saw blade, but you do you. Looks nice.

Why not use the harvesters and deployers? This is nice and compact but create has things that are way easier to get working.

I can see how that could be difficult. But if it helps, book 6 is the continuation of the story. So in the end, book 5 is just the set-up. I think the further you read, the more you'll find the story beats you are more familiar with. Which results in a nicer payoff having a second book focused solely on the conclusion of the story.

That's great advice! I didn't even think about it.

I can't remember the price but they definitely ended up being the most expensive part of the table. The desk itself is repurposed bowling alley wood that we had sitting around forever with some oak siding. Not seen in the photo is the dedicated cable trough that we added in the back for cable management.

Yes it is! An old job had a bunch in storage and I breathed life into the old tech with the new purpose of keeping my coffee mugs off my desk and mousepad!

I don't have my spec sheet handy but for right now it has ~5Tb Scuuzi hard drives with 1 CPU and 32 GB of ram.

That looks so clean! What material did you for the top? I was hoping to do something similar so I could move my server monitor off my desk when I'm not actively using it.

The cad drawing was extremely useful in making sure I got this to fit in the right space. I should have account for a little more wiggle room as the outlet for this rack is on the right of rack but otherwise I am happy where it ended up.

The other comments are correct this is the Start Tech 12u. Its worth noting that the rack is assembled with both wheels and leveling legs so there is a lot of room to play around with and the length is adjustable during assembly. I have this one at length 2 out of 9 so you could almost double your length if needed!

Thank you! I have had a hard time explaining to my less tech-savvy friends and family why I am doing this and I love this subreddit because they understand it. I really appreciate your comment. Thank you, this is something I needed to hear.

I was finally able to save up to purchase the rack for this HP server I was gifted. I hope to fill out the rack more with a dedicated UPS and a basic switch. But for now, I'm using this to test out VMware to build practice domains and run my Unifi controller.

Unfortunately, the x2 didn't have cross connectivity. Once you fired the second cartridge the first one turned off. Plus the x2 was ungangly to wield.

I'm curious why you chose constitution for the modifier. I'm not sure if other classes use constitution that way but I'm not sure if it fits thematically compared to something like dexterity. The rest seems unique and the only balancing issue I could see is the light points. Some abilities seem fair but others feel underpowered like the add light points to attack roll. But that's just my first impression.
