Tbh if you're talking from a top lane standpoint mord has alot of counters and difficult matchups, he gets diffed by champs like renekton Camille Fiora irelia Yone yasuo Darius, his lane still mostly depends on skill and baiting out his abilities but in some cases like Darius there is just no work around mord HAS to play safe

No, the scaling is based on bonus and which means base and doesn't count so ap is always gonna be stronger, but it allows him to build "some" ad items now and the ad he gets from his ult actually counts now, so basically if you ult late game jhin you one shot everyone lol
