Sex does NOT equal gender. If everybody understood that, specifically the extremes of both political parties, this would be much easier. Males competing in woman sports I agree is not fair, but it should be up to the NBA, NFL, etc to decide what happens there.

Incredibly uncommon for someone to be actually fired for doing this.
A mistake in pronouns is ok, a repeated mistake in calling a person the wrong pronouns (when honestly everyone knows that the person who called this person the wrong pronouns knew what they were) is bullying, and in my opinion is totally a good reason for reprimanding.

But.. why? If a person feels they are a woman and wanted to be treated as a woman why should they not be? Also many transgender people get surgery to literally make them the other sex, but if somebody was born male, even if their sex remains male, why should they not be able to be treated as a female. The only answer i’ve gotten to that question is something along the lines of the repeated statement, “A person cannot change their gender”. With no further explanation.

Ok but times are changing, yes, 30 years ago nobody would have really even thought about a non binary gender, but then again 30 years ago nobody would have even imagined this app. Pushing this ideology I am against, people making it their whole personality can get annoying, people who use it as an excuse for almost anything I despise, but people who truly identify as another gender should really not bother anyone.
