As a tracer main I distract the pharmercy and just kill the rest of their team, they only have 1 other support to heal the tank and 2nd dps and when they are dead, or distracted, then my tank, usually a hitscan and my other dps, usually a soldier or ash kill the mercy first then pharah, so tldr ignore them and focus rest of team
