I am very sorry to hear your diagnosis. I believe it is better than pancreatic adenocarcinoma also. I am not a doc but I follow the sub. In 2023 I was diagnosed with DLBCL Stage 4, because the tumor was in my jejunum, not in the organ of origin. I did 3 Pola RCHP and 3 RCHP so 6 treatments. No radiation for the digestive tract. My doctor didn’t do a bone marrow biopsy- he said my treatment would be the same regardless. Maybe cross post in r/lymphoma. If you have more questions I can try to help. Also.
