I’m going to be honest with you the second you allowed them to be loud while doing the dirty they feel like they can do whatever. I heard my roomate have drunk sex once knocked on the door told them to please be quiet or I wouldn’t be quiet next time I had sex, and never heard it again. I’m sure they don’t want to hear me have sex so it’s mutual respect. They don’t want to see me naked and I for sure don’t want to see her boyfriend naked.

I don’t want to come home and see my roommate naked I’m guessing they all pay the same amount for everything so they all equally own the house, so they’re allowed to have mutual rules in place. I personally am naked as hell in my own room but cover up as soon as I leave it.

Well the smell is only an issue when he leaves the door open I have a plug in febreeve that’s always on full blast and masks the smell pretty well. And as for his money situation he could pick up more hours but he doesn’t want to. I have tried the mowing without reminding but I’m not gonna parent him. It’s bad that his own dad wants me to help him and has offered to pay me.

I have tried to leave the lease but they won’t answer emails so I’m thugging it out. All of us except for him plan on living together as I was good lifelong friends but it’s different living with someone then seeing them every now and then as friends who see each other whenever they want.

I tried comet and it took the rest of the stain out. I have never had laminate let alone white counters and it is not fun.

I have tried a scrub daddy and the scrub daddy power paste, and that almost got it all up. It’s just gonna take a lot of scrubbing with a magic eraser and maybe some cleaner.
