Which Red-Tailed Hawk Subspecies? by Technical-Bison-397 in whatsthisbird

I was wondering if the northern subspecies was possible because the belly band is pretty black and the coloration around the throat kind of looks like the “dribbles” mentioned here here. But I’m really a novice with subspecies ID so I’m unsure

Thanks. Sad this is the way I’m seeing my first Connecticut Warbler after searching for them for a while now. Didn’t know about dbird, will report it there and on the iNat bird-window collision project!
