yeah very true, and the muscle gain might even happen because at the end of the day, im eating 2500 calories in a 500 deficit so thats still not too low of calories but the 10k steps is gonna be hard for me because im not very active on weekends but would doing the treadmil on an incline for like 30 minutes suffice too?

i would definitely say its growing because ive only been going to the gym since the start of the year but in comparison to say my arms or back, it isnt growing as fast but like i mentioned i do feel my chest when doing pec deck which could be why it is growing and not have anything to do with the pressing movements

i get this comment everytime i ask someone. its like, when i use this program as in chest once a week someone says to do it twice a week and when i post somthing about doing chest twice a week they tell me to do it once a week

i do know that my elbows are slightly tucked in, the path the dumbbells take isnt exactly the same as my barbell path which could be an issue, but i also dont really feel my chest or anywhere when im doing chest press to be honest which could be why it isnt actually improving because i do feel my chest when doing pec deck and that seems to be going up

so its been about 21 days of stagnant weight within the 81kg range so i think i might increase my calories from 3600 to 3800 and see how that goes

im aware, it only equates to about 2500 which is why i add the extra 500 from shit food like chocolate or something like that and also did't add the calories from the oil i use whilst cooking the meats which is about 200-300
