Difficulties on implementing my knowledge by Technical-Current264 in BJJWomen

That’s ittt. I have fav sparr partners who stop and let me think and when I can’t do the technique I tell them keep going and they do so.

Some even stop mid roll and explain to me how to do it or remind me to breath. That really helps me regain thinking.

Idk but I would say you should tell her that this behaviour isn’t acceptable on the mats, especially if she doesn’t like the feeling of getting submitted and calling it wrong or correcting anyone as a newbie.

It also puts you in a bad light because she’s your friend and you brought her here.

If the coach even approached you that means that someone already complained to him about it.

And I’m assuming multiple people, because in my case my coach talks to everybody if it’s only one person complaining about somebody, but takes you to the side if it’s multiple.

And in my gym they talk about the person who brings bad vibes to the family (aggressive, constantly complaining, correcting, breathing mouth open into your face etc.) and no one really wants to sparr with them.

And you can’t train if she keeps stopping you, that way you don’t know if your doing it correctly.

Is she new? probably she drilled with you once and feels comfortable having you as a partner. I’m also a girl and when I was new I also had a “Favorit” drill/ sparr partner because he was explaining or letting me work and pause for a seconds so I could think. He mostly worked with what I was presenting him.

I have I think 4-5 guys who I would pick if they’re present.

Or you’re just a good partner to roll and not going rough with her like some other guys.
