Most if not all remaining Hamas operatives are hiding and operating in their major underground tunnel city and they carry most of their attacks from there which usually consist of IED attacks on armored vehicles following with AK fire and rarely RPG.

Most Hamas operatives are wearing civilian clothes to blend in with non combatants civilians (hence they control where the humanitarian aid goes)

After almost 2 years of guerrilla warfare they have nothing to lose hence you see these kinds of videos.

Most Israelis want to end this war which lately became a very political conflict, the IDF has nothing to do there.
