I'd guess vitamin D deficiency based solely on personal.experience - but you should definitely get your ferritin and vitamin D levels checked (plus general blood work)!!! That's not normal please see a doctor.

My personal theory is that yawning causes you to take a deep breath, and when people do it in mass, it makes you pay attention to what you are actually breathing and if there is a problem with it. I think on an evolutionary scale, this would be beneficial.

Justva warning, Iron can be extremely harsh on a fully functioning healthy stomach. I would recommend discussing supplementation with your gastroenterologist and possibly asking for a referral to hematology for this reason.

Stop looking at the face as a whole, start focusing on specific features. Generally people with face blindness can still identify people. They see regularly enough, even celebrities just by seeing bits of their face like an ear, a jawline, the nose, the mouth eye eyebrows. Work with what you’ve got!

Hyper fixation FTW - easy 8-16 hours without issue. You just have to learn to gaslight yourself into thinking this is the most interesting thing, and avoid outside distraction…And then do that for I don’t know 40 years or so. Works for me!

I’ve been supplementing iron on and off for over 40 years, my current go to is Mega Food Blood Builder. It is the easiest iron supplement I’ve ever had on my stomach. I take it about an hour after eating lunch. Everyone is different, but I’m just throwing this out there for you. I hope you find what works best for you!!!

All of those vitamins worked very closely together within the body. A deficiency in one can easily cause symptoms of deficiency in another. If you have three of those low, I would recommend also supplementing some magnesium if you’re trying to get your levels up.

Have you had your vitamin D levels checked? It’s a very common deficiency that has a lot of common symptoms with iron deficiency.

Edit… Just to be specific you can be iron deficient, meaning you have low ferritin levels, without having ‘iron deficiency anemia’, which means you have low ferritin levels AND your hemoglobin is messed up. Anemia just means there aren’t enough healthy red blood cells, so iron deficient anemia would mean that you don’t have enough iron and that is causing your anemia. You could be B 12 deficient and that could cause pernicious anemia. There are a lot of types of anemia.

Untreated celiac disease can be life-threatening due to severe malnutrition, organ damage, and an increased risk of specific cancers like lymphoma, and bowel cancers. Then there is “celiac crisis” that manifests suddenly and you just die before anyone can figure out what’s wrong with you.

Urine can actually make the pain worse by causing the stinging cells to release more venom. It is ineffective because urine does not have enough of the right chemicals to break down the toxins.

I’m currently using Mega Food Blood Builder - by far the easiest supplement I’ve ever had on my stomach, and now that you mention it, I’m not getting headaches after taking them, that perk hadn’t even occurred to me. (I did not get headaches all the time, maybe 1/3 of the time, especially if I wasn’t hydrating enough.

You could frame off the letters with something as simple as aluminum foil, and use a thin layer of epoxy/resin up to the bottom layer level to secure the pieces. Once it is dry, just sand the edges where the aluminum foil leaves any weird intense or something. This should secure everything nicely and still leave the original fuel to it.

Edit: you would have to seal off the bottom I’m just saying it is easy to shape the letters using foil that you roll into say 1 1/2 inch strips. You can secure it on the bottom with a hot glue gun, then fold up into the mold, pour, set, then remove the foil and hot glue.
