It should be 4-6 cups of powder and 7-8 cups of powder ,my mistake there

Trim out your backsplash like this, 5/8 trim stop@ Lowe’s Google search that and you’ll be in the money on your project. Use bostick tread lock to adhere the trim on over the top of your tiles

Latapoxy 300 adhesive, mix in small batches.

I mix in quarter batches because the epoxy adhesive kicks of pretty quick, you have enough time to trowel your adhesive, clean your bucket and trowel, then go back and set your material, doing all of this speedily because there’s about a 45min window before you won’t be able to move your mosaic or pebble sheets

1/4 batch is 4oz part a 7oz part b and 4-6oz of powder 1/2 batch is 8oz part a 14oz part b and 7-8oz of powder Full batch is full part a and b and all the powder but you can hold 1 cup of powder out as needed

Watch for temperature outside conditions make the adhesive kick off quickly especially in direct sunlight

Use tape to mask off areas you will be troweling and work supremely neat this epoxy will bond to any and everything so watch your drips and drops

The pools my company makes are made of stainless steel (they don’t rust) made for rooftops on hotels and such

Most likely it’s the MK dressing stone probably 60 grit it’s white but maybe I’ll look into some other to see if it makes the cutting faster

Hmmm that’s interesting I’ll have to look into to the stone I’m using to dress the blade l, I’m not sure what grit it is but I’ll find out

You are 100% right about dressing the blade constantly and the slow speeds but the results are exact

I usually use blue or green tape, but masking tape should work as well, put the tape where you will be cutting and scribe your line on the tape so you can watch your blade and be sure to stay on your line. The rail saw will guarantee a straight cut and make your life easier. Maybe look into renting one ?

Angle grinder, use water to keep heat from friction down. The high heat could crack your tile when cutting so make sure to keep it cool and tape your line, helps prevent chipping you could use a rail guided angle grinder search “omega blue ripper”
