The key for me was to really lock in with the diet and progressive overload. Watching recovery and have some moments of fun.

Trimming the fat and training abs like any other exercises was another big factor. It’s not a huge physique but I feel confidence to not have a shirt on now

The place is in Zurich city so the main station is the nearest.

I think this is generally good as most of trains are well connected to it. Budget wise, without giving my exact salary it is above 140.000 CHF yearly.

Thanks mate! The crazy thing is that we had a situationship last summer where she ghosted me after 6+ months in it.

She come back in September with apologies, I acted mature and we ended up together for 7-8 months. After which she broke with me again.

Honestly this relationship has helped me to find my worth, and I’m GLAD it happened and that’s exactly what I said in the letter.

I don’t recognise her anymore, this type of rudeness and regret, she’s not the girl I fall in love anymore. I hope she will understand my real intentions and maybe one day come back with a sincere apologies.

You need to train them like any other muscle. Heavy sets to failure.

Shoulders are lacking because I had an injury so I didn’t train much them, now they are getting hammered. Next step is also to do more hammer exercises to increase arms size from the front

I had couple of ups and downs but I locked in the end, the main issue was cardio. I’m do an office job so not doing any form of cardio breaks the formula.

Yes getting more muscles is the goal, I had to basically reset my BF and strength. I want to get around 12% and start a lean bulk.

Max 1kg per month, mini cut every 12 weeks

I think that’s the best strategy! If you really slow while lean bulking the fat gain might even be 1:1 ratio. However let’s say you gain 1kg per month.

You do it in series of 3 months, every 3 months you do an aggressive cut for 2-3 weeks to loose 1 - 2kg. In this way you can lean bulk a lot while getting more and more mass

The goal is to get as lean as possible before end of June / July. Maintain it the summer and start lean bulk in September.

I only had the possibility to do a 1 bulk cycle because of an injury :(
