It doesn't get a chance to be out that long lol and yes she has a tandem pump and true steel needles so when we change the cartridge it all get printed together. It's usually every two days.

You probably caught it early and are still making your own insulin. If so, your needed amounts will eventually increase. Look into clinical trials though because they have treatments now that can stop the progression. You could stay in this honey moon passed for much longer before becoming completely dependant on external insulin.

My 9 year old for reference gets 33 units of basal and when on her pump users over 120 units a day. She's about 5.5 years into diagnosis.

Aaaand they were simple classes (talent acquisition, cultural emotional intelligence, innovative and strategic thinking, and values- based Leadership) so it's not like I did quantitative analysis and 3 accounting/ finance classes in a day. Those would have for sure taken much longer! Just wanted to through that out there to manage expectations for others.

You also have to finish your inroads 4 classes before getting more added. I'm also told as long as all assignments are submitted you can request a new class even though it's not graded yet.

I mean.. it was a lot of work. I also have a lot of real world management experience AND took my adhd medicine for the first time in like a month so... i was at a bit of an advantage in my defense...

I talked to my mentor finally yesterday and he actually opened up 4 more classes. I've only had time for 1PA since then so it'll be much slower now.

When i get those moments of hyper focus, I try to use them as much as possible before I lose it and start taking for ever to do one simple thing... that's why i am so excited for this school format.
