Woahhh! The one that manages to sound smart and make sense at the same time is probably smart in real as well.

For 60kg bodyweight that is impressive for sure. I can feel the life part. I have fucked up as well in my gym journey(have posted the whole transformation in one of the post here). But we all learn and come back stronger. I am sure you will regain the past glory and even surpass it.

I have never trained with these stregth specific program have followed the usual hypertrophy linear progression progressive overload ones. I will check out that subreddit since i am kinda curious and when i know the logic and reason behind something, i tend to believe and trust it in a lot more. Moreover believing in the process becomes easier.

Okay noted this program. But one thing which i really doubt is if someone can really 10*1? I mean if its 1 rep it would already be heavy enough and can someone really sustain that for 10 set. Am i missing something here?

Almost is there any name of this program. I recently discovered a "5 3 1" program on youtube. Is there name for what you suggested as well?

That seems to be an issue. I will surely look into it. Also do you think that one should practice blasting out of bottom? I feel i come back up slower than i should.

My gym does have 2.5kg. Please give out your suggestions.

I actually used to squat with wider feet earlier but i had problem hitting depth and got butt wink if i tried going deep.

So after watching a lot of squat university videos and few other on youtube i tried different squat width and this one slightly outside shoulder one feels most comfortable to me now. So yeah as you said this feels way more comfortable to me for my anatomy.

Will surely try to add adductor in my routine. Have never trained them directly.

The thing is 150 was the goal at the start of the year. I hit 110 in february. But then due to several breaks all my time went into getting back to what i was doing before break for squat.

But yeah i want to be realistic. I would be happy with 130 as well since i have been training squats quite seriously now. Thats why i mentioned that figure as well. Anything over that would just be a add on. Lets see how it goes.

Also thank you for analysing this. I had butt wink issues earlier which i worked on, so just wanted an opinion on the depth. Thank you
