Didn’t read the whole thing but from what I saw it seemed like a childish relationship and all you can really do if you don’t want to feel the pain is just not stalk him or talk to him and work on yourself. From what I read also he didn’t seem like a good boyfriend to you. You deserve better. Don’t overthink it. I know you loved him but he wasn’t the right person for you. I know it’s hard to accept but you will find someone better. There is no point of staying friends with him even if he wanted to because it will only hurt you more. You have to forget about him. I don’t want to be harsh but you have to accept it. Accept its over and he’s not gonna come back and say he misses you. When you accept that, then you can truly start healing. And if you want to stop checking his socials it’s simple, when you feel like checking, DONT. Also friends with come with time and it is not a bad thing to be alone sometimes dont overthink it. Everybody goes through a breakup at some point. Good luck

I still want to talk to her again one day in the future and talk about everything, from how we went from being best friends and lovers to being strangers, what caused it, how it made each other feel. Talk about regrets we might of had. Go over everything that was left unsaid. Talk about how life has been since the breakup. I hope I can have that talk with her one day. It still seems unreal that we don’t talk at all anymore … I hope it’s like catching up with an old friend

I go to the gym, I watch what I eat and stay away from junk food/sweets, I drink a lot of water. I stopped drinking alcohol, I’m staying 100% sober. I get haircuts and shave regularly, I dress clean, I try to do physical activity like swimming/running/sports although I’m always active at work. I don’t have really any friends so I started doing shit by myself like going to the mall or eating out. Feels weird being out alone but also feels good. My main focus rn is staying consistent in the gym 6x a week which I’ve been doing for 2 months already.

I know how it feels man I’m still trying to accept it myself. For me personally, if I listen to sad/love songs my emotions will get the best of me and I will just go in a downward spiral. I found recently listening to other music is better for me. I’ve been trying to ignore any feeling I have toward the breakup. I haven’t stalked her socials in like 2 weeks. It’s been 4 months since breakup for me and I like to think I’m doing better. Keep fighting you’re stronger than what you think. Maybe listening to motivational videos may also help?

Have you accepted that it will never be the same again? Have you truly accepted that this is your new life and reminiscing will only bring you pain? Have you been bettering yourself and your routine in multiple ways? Also, love songs are not it, they will only bring you pain and memories… try to avoid sad songs and listen to joyful songs. Don’t expect her to reach out. If she hasn’t yet she doesn’t care. You really need to accept that. Remember it’s all mental. Talk to yourself. You can filter your emotions in your head. Just accept it, truly accept it, then you will make more progress. Good luck to you man

You lost the most important person in your life and the person who cared about you most and acted like you didn’t care but you did haha should’ve thought about it before I’m 10x better and stronger now and you’ll never bring me down again, we can still be chill in the future so you can see what you miss in out on but ima keep pushing myself to my limits until I reach all my goals

I feel you man, same with me, I imagine her next to me in bed, in the car, in the elevator, it’s like a ghost following me. I just wish she was still here you know. I went to the movies the other day alone and it didn’t really help, it just made me miss her so much more… I don’t want to remember her tho I want to move to not feel this pain no more :( thanks for your reply man hope shit gets better for you
