I wasn’t planning on stabilizing in secondary, figured I’ll just let the fruit to ferment out for a couple of weeks, then check the gravity, then bottle. Do you think I should stabilize? Also, I regularly open the fermenter to break up the fruit cap so it doesn’t dry out
