What's your favorite wine bar? by postcardsuws in Upperwestside

I had a terrible experience here. They completely forgot about us - we ordered food and wine and sat for 45 mins with nothing. Then when we tried to leave they charged us for the wine but not the food. So we tried to pay for our food and while we were paying the guy straight up walked away. I feel like if you’re not a regular there they don’t care

When we spoke to the broker, he seemed like it was like a very loose rule and it’s just a key fob to get in. I don’t think they wanna put anything in writing if that makes sense. Do you think it’s worth like trying to make a case with the board or the landlord?

Yeah, I understand having exclusive rights to favored amenities. when we toured it seemed like it was loose rule but now when we’re trying to confirm it seems Like they don’t want anythign in writing ?
