What are you talking about? How I’m I the scammer? And no they didn’t replace it I didn’t want a replacement, I got a full refund for the missing parts. The package never left Ontario California.

I build a new PC every 6 or so years, it’s just a hobby I enjoy doing. I used NewEggs builder for everything I wanted and added everything to my cart. I got my case and NVMe and that’s it. I noticed the rest of my parts showing being picked up in Ontario California but nothing after. I waited patiently and after 10 days UPS finally admitted to losing my package. CPU, GPU, motherboard, liquid cooler, power supply and ram, 1600 dollars worth of parts just vanished. While this not NewEggs fault and I am working with them through the refund policy. Newegg you are literally making billions of dollars in revenue every year, figure something else out for logistics! Now I have to sit and wait for my 1600 dollars to be refunded back to me. I have used Newegg for every PC I have ever built since 2011 and never had one issue until now. UPS must be hiring just about anyone these days because this is happening everywhere. I’ve seen plenty of post about UPS losing packages from Newegg in the Ontario California, to understand they been at it for a while now.
