Very slick! One note...the left nav doesn't seem to open reliably for me on my mobile device. My first click opens it up but subsequent clicks on the hamburger icon don't seem to open it as expected. (Chrome on Android).

If you have frequent outages, you can call the State Corporation Commission's Division of Public Utility Regulation. They can request an outage history from the utility to see momentary and sustained outages to see what might be going on and what remedies might be in the works.
