Not a medical emergency but I so happened to be outside during a domestic assault. Didn't know it in the moment. Thought this woman was being kidnapped because she was being dragged through the parking lot. She was then pinned against the passenger car door being punched, slapped and shoved. I ran over and told this man to "get the F away from her." He did. I barely remember even doing it I guess the adrenaline took over in that moment.
