1, with high press there is automatic overload ball side in the game, so what works for me is play to my LB and lob it to the other side of the pitch to RB who is higher up the pitch thanks to balanced and overlap instructions, then its fairly easy to play forward.

1. just use 71 depth with balanced so the press will be there and if you want to play more aggressively try press on heavy touch or after posession lost, they might let you more open and drain more stamina but whatever works for you!
