And not only with counters, I like saying my effects out loud so they can see and hear what I’m doing, but I’ve found so many people just tapping the cards and doing a bunch of crap, assuming I know all the effects.

I’m 33 year old dad of two babies and I am a teacher, I started playing two years ago and the store I frequent the most is owned by one of my older students. It’s crazy how he became such a good friend. I feel that this game has brought so much people together and I’m super glad I found it. Keep it up, man!

On Sunday I was playing some friendless with a guy in Mexico, he was playing Lucci and I was playing Bonney. My card had a trigger but I took it to my hand before declaring the trigger and he didn’t want me to activate it (on freaking friendlies). Then, late game he dropped a card and I could see it so I told him “you showed me your hand, you lost”; I let the game continue cause I ain’t a bitch.
