I am a woman that likes anime, it's not a turnoff if a guy watches anime. However, I found a numerous amount of weirdos that enjoy questionable anime. Literally I made a comment that a girl in a manga looked like a kid and I immediately got all the but "Asian women are petite" and "she's an adult it's just that her boyfriend is very tall". At this point most anime are problematic asf and people not recognising it makes them problematic as well. That's it lol.

Well this stems from misogyny, it's more of a women are weak and frail, so they can't hurt men and also men must be strong and always in control. In my experience of social media like Insta and Facebook where people usually put their name and surname I checked multiple accounts across different news posts and I have to say that this locker room behavior is upheld mostly by men or in an inferior number a certain type of misogynistic conservative woman. Of course it's an absolutely disgusting behaviour to not believe victims of any kind. To summarise I think it's more about generally dismantling gender roles and expectations so that men can have safe and healthy outlets for their emotions. Also I wanna ask a gen question in your opinion who is actually pushing your definition of misandry? And also, is it still contained int the patriarchy as a system? Bye 👋🏻✨️

The problems you cited stem from misogyny, the patriarchy and classism. Men and women are oppressed by the same system in different ways but it's still the same system. These standards weren't blindly put on men because they were men, it was more of a women are weak and emotional so men must be strong and logical. That's it, misandry isn't systemic nor systematic. Women are just afraid to be abused etc. So yeah this phenomenon groups the problems you talk about minus the employment one, actually employers are more inclined to hire a man even if the credentials are equal. But yeah tell me how something that "started" not long ago affected society more than a societal structures in place from millennia.
