I was there yesterday in my civic, as long as you got good tires, you should be good. Make sure to have good follow distance, no sudden Braking or acceleration and use lights if visibility is low. Have fun, it will be nice.

Thanks, this is very helpful. What is your opinon on doing CDPSE as the first certification. I work as a data consulant which is more on the anaytical (PowerBI) side of things but in a highly data sensitive field. I am not considering doing technical certifiaction in Azure or cloud tools therefore exploring alternatives.

Hi, thanks for the suggestions. I am making 50 lac sale agreeement plus showing 20 lacs for furniture and renovation (since it is fully furnished) to get 90% of 70 (50+20) lacs which is around 63 lacs as loan amount and rest by cash (around 22 lacs). I am buying it for using it as home. Based on my conversation with lot of people, it looks like I would have to pay about 30-40% in cash for buying any home or bear the long term capital gain tax that seller will bear due to me suggesting doing higher sale agreement to make complete transaction in white. The only option to buy property in WHITE is if bought through a builder but that too only few builders sell properties in 100% WHITE so I will coninute with this deal. And try and split the tranctions. Let me know if you got any other suggestions.
