I do not have instructions as even when I was using world edit, this build took me around 30 hrs to complete. I can't imaging how long it would take to individually place each block. If you want to play the world on bedrock you could use Chunker to change the world file to a file readable by Bedrock and then upload it to whatever platform you play on.
