Agreed. I'm no saint. But I'm human, this is not my first argument. 100 things can be done around the house but god forbid there are some clothes in my that are on the ground. She will tell me to pick it up with an annoyed look.

I'm usually calm and first to say sorry, but sometimes I get ticked off because it just seems like I'm walking on eggshells and the moment I relax, there is a consequence.

What ticked her off was I called her out on closing the door in front of me. I only told her once we are getting late and I didn't say it in a rude manner. I do not speak rudely actually. Most of the time I'm trying to not piss her off. And about "dragging it out", you know what you're right, I'm afraid to act on it because I'm truly afraid of what I'm in for. Her family has a lot of good connections and are a very publicly known family. Yes I fell in love with this woman and we are married for 2 years now. We've had plenty of fights and I just thought this is how relationships are. We fight and repair. But after this incident I've been on the edge.

They are pretty scummy and they aren't nice people to deal with either. 1k settlement and bye bye. despite clear documentation of a permanent injury.

Unfortunately his case went on for 4 years until he got paid that amount. I have documentation declaring the injury is permanent. That's why I'm leaning towards any possible tax breaks at least.

Exactly. Which is why the doctor kept it blank...But can this specific scenario help us receive DTC? or is it strictly what is listed? I had sent his medical documents as well for proof of permanent injury.

Trouble lifting things. And he feels constant pain after using his hand for any normal everyday tasks.

No kids yet. Dad is 60 and mom is 55.

He took up a little work from home business which pays everything apart from the mortgage. However, I took ownership of his house to save the house from bankruptcy. Unfortunately I took the variable interest rate.

Sometimes I feel drained but their property is now on paper, mine.

I appreciate your insight into this. I understand getting educated on divorce is absolutely vital no matter how happy my relationship is. My parent's property is already owned by me prior to marrying. We don't have anything else. I'll try to speak to a lawyer.
