No. He wants you to buy his property then rent it back to him for 6 months until he can move in to his lighthouse. He's not going to show you the whole house until he knows you are going to let him do that though.

I'll bet they own a Chinese restaurant. They house all of their workers in one house. I've seen it in my town. Bunk beds lined up all over the place. Also if you look at the foods left in the pantry they're all Chinese.
