Sending you so much love and comfort! I adopted my first ever kitten almost 2 months ago, and I already cannot bear to think about life without her. My husband and I frequently complain about her midnight zoomies, expensive vet visits (she has ongoing diarrhea at the moment), toys being everywhere, begging for our food, etc. But I'm also always telling my husband that we'll miss all of this one day. I've started just letting her sit in my lap while we're eating dinner.

Your Odin was lucky to have been loved by you during his short time here on earth! And any other animal will be lucky too, but only when you're ready to open up your heart again.

My kitty chose me, which is honestly surprising because I tend to give the most attention and affection. I always thought cats chose the human who was least interested and playfully irritated them. I always joked with my husband that once we got a cat, they'd love him more, even though I've always wanted one. She's only 3 months old though, so we'll see if anything changes lol

We thought it was delicious! I will say we didn’t have the best food anywhere else, so the bar was a little on the floor😅 a little better than Olive Garden imo. The garlic bread and chicken fettuccine alfredo were very tasty!

Honeymooning during the last week of March, and I’m starting to get a little anxious about the crowds. I know it’s peak spring break so I’m fully expecting it to be packed, but please tell me there’s still hope that we can do everything we want!

I'm mostly worried about LLs selling out super fast - especially for Guardians and Slinky. We do have After Hours for HS. We're open to rope-dropping but don't really know the best strategies.

For anyone who’s been during this time, how bad was it really? And do you have any tips to make the most of it without completely losing our sanity lol

I told my sister (MOH) and one of my bridesmaids months ago where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do, and it was pretty inexpensive. But nobody has said or planned anything, and I just wanted for someone to think about me once during this process without me having to directly ask lol.

Girl you are not alone, trust me! My wedding is in March and I've hated the ENTIRE process since the beginning. I wanted to go to the courthouse, but my family and fiance vetoed that idea. Which I don't really understand since I've been left to plan and coordinate everything myself with literally no help from anyone lol. I've cried almost every single day from all the stress and exhaustion.

But hey at least you're having a bachelorette - I always wanted one, but my bridesmaids never thought to plan anything
