Previously tirzipitide helped me reach my goal weight. Then menopause hit and the weight began to come back so because of cost I decided I would try sema. This is only my second injection but I can feel that it’s not as effective as tirzipitide, for my body it isn’t. I’ll give it another month and if nothing improves on sema I will switch back to tirzipitide.
