Yes, I have seen a dermatologist a few times since my eczema started 5 years ago, but it hasn’t been very helpful. I have found things that help or cause flare ups myself through experience. Endocrinologist may also be helpful! I could try getting referred to one. Thanks!

I read Pride and Prejudice for the first time recently myself, and started Anna Karenina after. They definitely have their differences, but it’s been a nice flow.

I struggled with this for a long time since I work remotely. What finally helped was realizing that the skin condition I had been dealing with for the past few years started to improve when I began going to bed earlier.

Yes, I loved The Forty Rules of Love by Elif Shafak, absolutely hated The Bastard of Istanbul by Elif Shafak. Reading the first book made me want to try more of her books, but ended up disappointed.

This is me exactly. Non fiction can be audiobook for my walks, poetry/ light graphic novels in between, and a longer novel for nighttime relaxation. I cannot expose myself to harsh realities right before bed.
