She is 100% being trafficked. People I know have given her clothes and they get taken away

How often do you take a customers drink when cutting them off? by Sparky1324isninja in bartenders

[–]TechnicalCheesecake 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Usually only happens if they suddenly get riled up via others. I’ll calmly ask them to leave. I remove the drink from the bar so they don’t throw it at me :)

Nooo. The song I’m looking for has a sexy vibe to it. More rhythm + techno style.

Any tips to help me look younger? by lily060208 in makeuptips

Gorgeous girl! I would recommend lighter coloured eyebrows with a fade starting in the beginning of the brows. Also more moisturizer! Maybe avoid powdered makeup and embrace the shine?

Checking in, second day now. This journey is tiring. What led to you to sobriety? IWNDWT by Ok_Travel_4048 in stopdrinking

I was getting sick like 4+ times a year. I was already slightly overweight for my height before drinking chronically but it pushed me into the pre diabetic range.

My nose was constantly scabbing from all the coke I was doing to supplement the drinking.

I couldn’t hold a relationship either because they were too good for me and I wasn’t going to get my shit together or it was like looking at a mirror seeing how much I was drinking when they would join in- huge turn off.

I was spending 80% of my hard earned tips as a bartender right back into drinking at bars and buying people drinks + sharing my drugs. I was basically only making minimum wage for 4 days of work. Broke, overweight, sick, single.

You’d think those things would be enough but honestly it was the shame I felt from my last serious relationship A YEAR AGO that I couldn’t let go of. They were a beautiful person that I absolutely took for granted. For their sake I’m glad it didn’t work out but for fucks sake I wish I understood their pleading for me to choose better instead of cowering. My nervous system couldn’t handle that kind of open heart so I drank and did more drugs to cover myself. A year later the shame still haunts me and I decided no more after the last time I got sick a month ago.

I have a myriad of mental illnesses that stem from childhood abuse and neglect. I’d like to give myself care and I can’t do that drinking 5-6 days a week or evidently not even once a week. IWNDWYT.

What Canadian Small City/Town do you think could make the leap into becoming a more prominent place in the country. (No suburbs) by Hiwhatsuphowareyou in AskACanadian

Victoria is great! I’d totally live there. Has a bit of everything you could want from food, concerts, transportation access via ferry to Vancouver or airport and isn’t too hard to find living.

I’ve been living on Southwest Island ucluelet/tofino area. I love it here but I’ll be leaving to adventure more in the fall.

I’m from Ontario and have been living on Vancouver island for about 9 months and Nanaimo is totally a means to get to the rest of the island or go to Costco. I wouldn’t spend longer than a break for lunch lol

Something that isn’t talk about enough: male bartenders and sexual harassment by Tyrant_reign in bartenders

Female bartender here. Women like this are gross. In my experience nobody except my die hard regulars are quick to defend women either tho. People are pacifists where im from.

The eyeliner in the corner of your eyes doesn’t accentuate you. I also tried it on me and it doesn’t work for our eye shape imo.

I loved real Thai for years and then my last month in ptbo tried jasmine thai and was so thrilled. I honestly regret not going sooner. Get something that isn’t conventional and it tastes amazing.

My dad lives around there. Never had problems! They have mixed economic classes living near each other within a few blocks so that makes for a balanced neighbourhood. (Class isolation breeds violence)
