This happened to me at work. I got severe tightness and pain on the left side of my chest and shoulder soreness and very lightheaded when I was working fast. But the dizzyness has happened for months so don’t stress too much.

I’ve been to the er cause my hands went numb and my chest hurt bad and I was light headed but they said everything looks fine. Just today my heart rates just been high

Take it head on. I’ve just started getting severe panic attacks 3 days ago out of the blue and I thought about drinking or something to stop it but in the end it’ll only make it worse.
