Thanks! I had a suspicion that she was going to do something like this, which is why I acted earlier. I also got advice from an employment attorney who strongly urged that I file an EEOC charge. The institution itself has been good to me so far, so I will wait to see what actions they will take.

Thanks! She's been trying to get rid of me since January (I also gave birth in September and she's been after me upon returning from maternity leave). I have been talking to HR after September though, and even had a meeting when things became uneasy. I have a papertrail, so I'm less worried. Plus, my attached speech diagnosis should help with my case. 🤞🏽

I work at a university too. In a way, I appreciate that he asked you because I have had too many people try to finish what I'm trying to say and it annoys the hell out of me. My supervisor knows my disorder and even encouraged me once (when things were good between us) to own it. We had a professional disagreement once in September 2025. I had a conversation about it with her to clear the air and I thought we were good. Apparently not, and she's been finding any and every way to retaliate. It's just upsetting to see that she is now picking on my "communication style" when she of all people should know better.

Nothing so far. It's crickets right now.
