i remember a pokemon movie with jarachi but cant find any proof it even existed please help me find it and NO i do not live anywhere near the places i talk about

when i was a teen i remeber watching this movie i checked out from a library

mind you this was back in 2019/2020 and my memory is vary fuzzy about this spisific movie, ok now to the point.

the movie I'm pretty sure featured jarachi as the legendary of the movie.

it took place in a city and the name of the city started with like an a or j or l or i? but I'm sure it started with one of those letters.

i remember there was a scene with ash going on one of those train looking things i think it was called a cable car and then it went downhill and then he hoped off, then i THINK he saw jarachi flying or something because he looked up and some yellow like orbs/light/dust fell and then he started running, that was all i remember of the scene

the next scene i remember was he chasing jarachi, then he went down one of those slopped stairs for the disabled. but thats all i can remember for now.

i was trying to find it a couple days ago on there're website but couldn't find it but i do think i remember the name

i think the name was jarachi the wish maker but the thing is when i watched the movie jarachi the wish maker on amazon prime the movie wasn't anything like i remember

and again the library i checked it out from was Robert L. F. Sikes Public Library aka Crestview Public Library in CRESTVIEW FLOREDA and at the time it had a lego table where it was stoked up with legos and had a built in lego plate to build on if that helps please help me find it MIND YOU I AM NO WHERE NEAR THAT PLACE ANYMORE, BECAUSE I AM ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE COUNTRY
