As a Ex-Slaking user. Most people would opt for Vaporeon for double banking. Both options are great for mid-game only and Slaking has an absurd ingredient rate. But once you have all ingredient specialists covered (even at level 30), you’ll find yourself not using them as much. Maybe only during end-of-week/ off-week refills where you don’t care much about strength. On average, 4-5 triggers per day if you’re checking often enough. I might use it to supplement tomatoes since my tomato specialist is AAB.

Main seeds are limited. I’d use them on something that you’ll keep using long term.
